Alexandra Haynes
MSc PGDip
I’m Alexandra Haynes, an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and a belief in people’s capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive.
Therapy with me is collaborative and person-centred. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and actively involved in shaping your progress. Sessions are structured and goal-focused, but always tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and lived experience. I have particular expertise in supporting people living with long-term health conditions, helping them navigate the emotional and practical challenges that can arise.
